The Plan is Wednesday

This morning the surgeon's nurse said that Wednesday will be the day that they will try to take Ava off of ECMO. We are not sure at this time when they will begin weaning her off, maybe tonight...if not tomorrow for sure. We will try to keep everyone posted.

Little Isabella is having surgery today. Please keep her in your prayers and maybe stop by her blog and leave her parents a comment. We are praying for you Bella, stay strong. Her blog again is... www.isabellagudde.blogspot.com

sounds like we have both been put on hold with Ava and Bella. I am sure you already know that Bella did not go to the OR this morning. So we are suppose to go on Thursday. I pray Ava will come off ECMO Wednesday with flying colors. As always you are in our prayers.

Are you surprised so the waiting game continues. As a parent of a sick child you can definitely learn to appreciate waiting, but it does a number on your emotionals. We continue to pray for Ava's strength and comfort! As well as the strength for you and Nate to keep fighting right along with her.

Amy, I keep forgetting to tell you...you look fabulous in all the recent pics. You can't even tell you just gave birth. I hope you are feeling good. As if you have not had enough to worry about, I hope you are getting the rest you so deserve.

Take care! We will be at the hospital on friday, we will be making our rounds, hopefully we will be able to see you. More importantly I am dying to meet that beautiful little girl of yours:)

As always...love and prayers!!!

Hello, I received an email telling me of the ordeals you and your family are going through. I hope and pray that everything goes well. You have some strong little children and Ava will prevail, I somewhat followed up on Kaden's health through Lou when he worked at the casino. Now that I do not see him anymore I had no idea that Kaden was doing so well and that you had Ava. Just remember God only gives you situations you can overcome and baby Ava with overcome this. Take Care and my thoughts and prayer will be with you all the way.

Nate & Amy, you two are absolutely amazing parents doing what you are supposed to do. While many would have given up, you are finding strength to move ahead with a positive attitude. You are learning from your children and others are learning from your story. It is truly amazing the fight your kids have in them. Hang in there and know that so many are praying for your family. Your beautiful children truly are Gods miracles and are in the hands of two amazing parents. We are thinking of you all and praying for Ava's quick recovery.

Ok sorry I spelled that incorrectly. ECMO I mean. Of course I hope everybody understood what I meant.
