It's Been A Long Day...

Today I had my three hour glucose test and it came back...normal!!! It was a pretty boring three hours but it did go by faster then I thought it would. After the second blood test the lab tech said I could leave for 45 minutes and come back for the next blood sample. I went out to my car and it would not start...darn me, I forgot to turn off my lights. Nate's friend came by and jumped it for me...thanks again Ryan. I also got a call from Kaden's medical supply company saying that his medicaid insurance is no longer valid. What great timing since I really had all the time in the world to call around to figure this out. However, I didn't get ahold of the person who could help me. How frustrating!!! So tomorrow I will continue my phone calls until I can get this resolved.

So the good news is, is that I do not have gestational diabetes, oh, and I got a "promotion" at work!!!

Well congrats on the job! Also congrats on no gestional. I had that and it was NO FUN!

I have been dealing with my insurance for the last two days and if I get transferred one more time......

Hope your Friday goes better and is more adventurous. I will be staying home once again because I have a nurse coming over for a new patient and they told me the initial visit will take a little bit. Call me if you are home and get bored.

That's great news! About the test, anyway. Stinks about Kaden's card not being valid anymore. It's always such a hassle dealing with medical information, and getting things straightened out. Hope you can get it taken care of quickly!

Hi-my name is Jessica and I know we are total strangers but a friend came across your blog and brought it to my attention. I just wanted to let you know that although we do not know eachother, you and your family will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Your faith is inspiring! I pray for the health of your son and for the birth of your new baby. I pray for all the little angels and their families. I hope you find comfort in the fact that there are others, like myself, who come across your blog merely by accident, and are praying for you as well. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and are surrounded by those you love. Thank you for sharing your story.
